Migrate from Typeform to Formbricks

Export responses to CSV.

Time: A sitting for a small set of files. Longer if several people share the account.

Parts of this guide depend on a product screen that moves between releases. The fallback path in the steps is the one to trust.

Export

  1. Step 1

    Export while you still have access

    Export responses to CSV. Screenshot any logic you still need.

  2. Step 2

    Keep a copy that is not the old account

    Put the export on a disk you control before you cancel. The export is the only rollback.

Import

  1. Step 1

    Bring a sample into Formbricks

    Rebuild the form in Formbricks and compare one submission.

  2. Step 2

    Then do the rest

    If the sample looks right, run the rest. If it does not, stop and fix the mapping. Do not cancel the old account in the middle.

What breaks

  • What does not come with you

    Themes, hidden fields, and some integrations do not transfer.

  • People and permissions

    Accounts on the new tool are new accounts. Sharing has to be set up again.
