AFFiNE combines documents and an edgeless whiteboard. The editor is MIT. The self-hosted backend is source-available under the AFFiNE Enterprise Edition license, not MIT.
Without a commercial agreement, AFFiNE's pricing FAQ says the EE backend source may be reviewed, not freely modified and redistributed for production.
